The following is a sample of some testimonials we received from students and parents for different tutors. I highly recommend Mrs. Abadilla for the stellar work she did with my daughter during her Pre-Calculus and Calculus tutorials. When they first began, Jeannie was struggling badly in 11^th grade math, but as Mrs. A patiently worked with her, helping her understand concepts and going through hours of practice exercises with her, Jeannie steadily improved. Last night she brought home an A!

I can’t thank Ms. Carol enough for making geometry and trigonometry not just painless, but actually fun for my twins. Leah got her acceptance to Haverford today! The hours of working with Mrs B and Ms C have paid off wonderfully. Math used to cause her so many sleepless nights and anxiety, but with Mrs. B and Ms. C’s patient help, her father and I see that she has overcome this and left it behind. "I am a senior at Newark Academy, NJ. In the past two years, Sabrina Academy helped me understand IB Chemistry and IB Physics. At the end of each course, I took the SAT subject test and scored a perfect 800 on each test. I was admitted to all three IVY schools I applied, I am very excited and looking forward to go to Harvard in September. I am happy that I chose Sabrina Academy to help me with my Chemistry and Physics. Without the As in those two classes and 800 in SAT Subject Tests, I would have a harder time getting into the IVY schools. Tenth grade has been challenging for Jeffrey because he’s had to balance athletics and academics a lot more this year. At the beginning of the school year he barely understood anything in geometry, and his grades reflected that. From his first session with Ms. C there was already a huge improvement, and I’m happy to tell you he’s doing extremely well in his math class.

Our son Jesse just got accepted into Brown University and we are waiting to hear from some other schools.  Thank you to everyone at Sabrina Academy, but most especially to the incomparable Mrs. A, without whom Jesse would never have made it this far. Jesse fell behind in math when we moved from Texas when he was a sophomore a few years ago, and has been anxious about his abilities since then, so Mrs A’s help came just in time to give him the boost he needed.

Our daughter Chelsea, age 10, has math anxiety and is very shy and even a little insecure about it. But she’s a hard worker and has been doing okay, and when Mr. E started working with her we noticed a big change. The first thing Mr. E taught her was how to relax when solving word problems. It took a little while, but she got there. Now she solves them with ease and confidence.

He’s had many tutors since grade school but for the first time in Bernard’s life, he actually enjoyed going to tutorials, largely because of Ms. H , who made him understand middle school math like no other teacher has.

We couldn’t recommend a better math tutor for our son Matthew than Mr.Gajkowski. He didn’t just go back to the very beginning and teach the fundamentals of algebra, he actually taught Matthew some very important life lessons in focusing and time management, and also gave him an important boost when it comes to study skills.
